Briliando is a small independent studio. We collect only what we need to sell and ship original artwork.

What we collect when you claim a piece

• Your name and email address, to send your PayPal invoice and updates about your claim.
• Your shipping address, to ship your piece and calculate shipping.
• A one-way coded form of your IP address and email, kept briefly to stop automated or abusive claims. We do not store your raw IP address.

Who can see it

Only the artist. Your details are shared with PayPal only to create your invoice, and with the shipping carrier only to deliver your piece. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Your private claim link

After claiming you receive a private link to check your claim's status. Anyone with that link can see the claim's status, item and shipping city, so please keep it private. It does not show your full address or email.

Your choices

You can ask the artist to correct or delete your details at any time, except where we must keep records of a completed sale.
